Galaxy Pharmacy: Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Galaxy Pharmacy account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Open Galaxy Pharmacy and sign in.
2. Open Profile or Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, or account deletion is unavailable for your sign-in method, email [email protected] with the subject "Galaxy Pharmacy account deletion" and your registered email address or phone number. We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password or payment-card details.

What is removed

Successful deletion disables sign-in and removes or anonymizes your account name, email, phone, saved profile details, login credentials, notification tokens, cart, favorites, notifications, ratings, prescription requests and uploaded prescription images. Linked analytics records that can be identified by the deletion service are removed.

What is retained

Order and financial records remain linked to an anonymized customer record; they are not automatically deleted. Delivery and contact details needed for an unfinished order are retained until that order is delivered or canceled, then removed by the account-cleanup process. Anonymous aggregate statistics may remain. Account deletion does not cancel an existing order.
